Exemplar provides a unified developer platform and related tools. Features, availability, and pricing may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the services with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or violating applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
5. 60-day money-back guarantee
For paid subscriptions purchased on or before December 31, 2026, Exemplar offers a 60-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date. To request a refund, contact [email protected] from the billing account email within 60 days of purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time plan purchases only and does not apply to renewals, usage-based charges, taxes, or third-party pass-through fees.
6. Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exemplar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exemplar Dev LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by law.
